Amazon Connect showcased its unified artificial intelligence platform at AWS Re:Invent, featuring Nova Sonic agents with per-minute pricing. Centrica reported gains in efficiency and Net Promoter Score (NPS) using Amazon Connect, highlighting its impact on contact centers and customer experience.

Singlife has begun deploying Salesforce Agentforce to support customer service teams and later assist financial advisors. This Singapore-based insurer plans to expand the use of the technology to direct customer interactions. A Coursera report indicates that in 2025, understanding artificial intelligence is crucial for career advancement across various industries, from healthcare to content creation.
