AI Skills Gap Widens as California Seeks Public Input on AI Policy

Aon's survey of over 2,300 employers reveals that 88% anticipate AI will necessitate workforce reskilling, yet only 18% have substantially trained their staff, while 73% have either implemented or are piloting AI.
