Meta has acquired humanoid robotics startup Assured Robot Intelligence (ARI) for an undisclosed sum, marking a significant step in Meta’s push to develop advanced AI systems capable of physical interaction with the real world, according to BitcoinWorld.

Amazon AWS CEO Matt Garman projects software engineers aren't becoming obsolete, but the nature of their work is undergoing a significant transformation, as the company plans to hire 11,000 engineers this year, Tekedia reports.

Early signs show AI is complementing jobs instead of cutting them in Singapore, although most firms have yet to adopt the technology widely at scale across sectors, according to The Independent Singapore News.

Houston ISD Superintendent Mike Miles launched a Future 2 Artificial Intelligence pilot school program for the 2026-2027 school year through “Accelerate Houston;” it’s the first program of its kind in the state, The Black Chronicle reports.
