Scale AI, a Meta-backed artificial intelligence training firm, is suing the U.S. Department of Defense over a $708 million AI data contract, according to Tekedia. The complaint, filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on January 30, involves materials largely under seal, suggesting classified information could be at play.

Rwanda has partnered with Oracle to launch a nationwide digital skills development program, aiming to strengthen the country’s workforce in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and database technologies, reports an Oracle press release. The agreement, formalized through a memorandum of understanding, will provide access to industry-recognized training.
