The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) has established an Artificial Intelligence Operations Procedure, outlining the purpose, scope, principles, and responsibilities related to AI usage within the institution (University of Technology Sydney).

Complementing this, UTS has also implemented an Artificial Intelligence Operations Policy, which includes an AI Statement of Intent and further details on the principles and policy statements (University of Technology Sydney).

VADR Media secured the 2024 Australia and New Zealand Sports Technology Award (ANZSTA) in the "Esports and Gaming" category for its AI-powered research collaboration (AI-Powered Research Collaboration).

AI is being developed to combat deepfakes, which are manipulated images and videos that have caused considerable chaos (AI to curb the chaos of deepfakes).
